Refund & Exchange Policy

At Midnight Blaque Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

We do however, offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Customers are responsible for. all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the  item arrived damaged or incorrect.
